Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with tracking information.
Remember to check your spam folder, in case you haven’t added our email to your contacts.
After an order has been processed there is a short window of time you can change your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please send us your order number along with proof of ID for your new shipping information. We ask for proof of ID in an effort to protect your private information.
Important Note: We are unable to adjust a shipping address from a USA address to an international address. If you change your address and a potential fraud alert is raised, your order may automatically be cancelled or delayed due to additional security measures. If your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, please contact us immediately so we can provide you support in coordinating the successful delivery of your order.
Please note: If your order is in transit and you notify us that the order shipped to the incorrect address, your order may be returned to our warehouse by default. Once the order is received, we will follow up with you to coordinate the successful delivery of your purchase.

All sales are final. Cxncpt does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged upon delivery.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once processed.
